Growth Marketing Engineer


Linker Finance is a fintech company helping community banks grow in the digital age. We build core-agnostic technology that enables banks to launch modern digital banking experiences, streamline retail and business onboarding, and grow deposits without replacing their core systems.Our platform supports online deposit account opening, business onboarding, digital banking, and relationship-building tools for both retail and commercial banking. By combining modern user experiences with the operational, compliance, and integration realities of community banks, Linker Finance helps financial institutions move faster, serve their customers better, and compete more effectively in an increasingly digital market. We are building technology for a critical part of the financial ecosystem: the community banks that support local businesses, families, and communities across the country.

This role has two distinct areas of ownership and both matter equally.


Role Overview

This role begins with building Linker's internal growth foundation, and grows in scope as we hit product and market milestones.

Where you start - Own Linker’s growth engine: LinkedIn campaigns, retargeting, multivariate testing, attribution, and funnel optimization. Build the infrastructure that drives qualified pipeline and strengthens our B2B presence in the community banking space, providing insights back into our product roadmap.
Where you grow - As the role matures, you'll take on broader ownership across new initiatives, applying what you've built internally to drive impact at a larger scale.

Own Linker's pipeline: LinkedIn campaigns, retargeting, multivariate testing, attribution, and funnel optimization. Drive qualified leads and grow our B2B presence in the community banking space.

What you'll do

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta; own creative testing and audience strategy
  • Set up and maintain campaign tracking, attribution, GTM events, and conversion measurement across channels
  • Run multivariate experiments and report on what's working, what isn't, and what to do next
  • Partner with bank customers on their own acquisition campaigns — joining calls, presenting results, and advising on performance
  • Translate campaign learnings into product feedback to guide engineering on self-serve marketing tooling for banks
  • Build dashboards and performance summaries that connect ad spend to real business outcomes (deposits opened, leads qualified)
  • Support lifecycle marketing and email campaign analytics alongside the broader GTM team
  • Identify and reduce reliance on outside agencies by bringing campaign execution in-house

What we're looking for

  • 3–7+ years running paid media campaigns with measurable ROI, growth, performance, not just managing accounts, actually owning outcomes
  • Proven experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager; B2C and B2B campaign experience both valued, not just management results
  • Strong data and analytics skills, comfortable with GTM, GA4, Amplitude, and building dashboards in BI tools (Power BI, Looker, or similar) comfortable building dashboards from scratch
  • Independent, proactive work style — you figure things out, you don't wait to be taught
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions and giving direct feedback to a small founding team
  • Fintech, SaaS, or regulated industry experience is a strong plus
  • Communication: Native or near native English (C1/C2 minimum) this role involves regular video calls with Bank executives
  • Work Style: Self-directed, experiments-first mindset, ownership over outcomes

Key Deliverables

  • First paid campaigns live on LinkedIn and Meta within 30 days
  • Attribution and GTM tracking fully configured across all channels
  • Weekly/monthly performance dashboards built and shared with leadership
  • Multivariate testing cadence established (experiments running continuously)

Additional Requirements

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with product, design, engineering, and leadership teams.
